Interest group Calendar

Travel with your friends by charter bus to see the Fall foliage around Dubuque. We will leave from Iowa City, and travel first to Brietbachs' Country Dining in Balltown for lunch. After lunch we will travel to the River Museum on the Mississippi River in Dubuque.

When: October 15, 2026. Deadline to register: August 31, 2026.

Breitbach's Country dining is the oldest bar and restaurant in Iowa. Just a short walk from the restaurant is one of the best overlooks of the Mississippi River Valley, great for viewing the fall foliage.

Cost $81.20 (cost of bus and museum entry ticket). Checks will not be cashed until we have reached our minimum of 30 participants.

includes Buffet lunch, desert, beverage, tax

and tip.  Lunch is a separate cost collected at the time we board the bus.
